i might get my finger nails done for the beginning of school - i am gonna be a freshman and i was wondering if i should get a french manicure or get them painted? my nails are long (not too long and usually kept up with), (my pinky nail on left hand is shorter). this would be my first time getting them done professionally, can u suggest a place? also if the french manicure is not your preference, what color should i go with? a summer or fall color? bright or warm? school starts august 19.

Any nail place will do, but absolutely invest in a more expensive one for your first appointment!
The style right now are nails that are short squares with rounded edges. Trendy new colors are muted tones that are soft and pastel-y. Paint em like that.

You should get a bright fun color so that u can come into high school with a bam. The people that dont know you will think you are confident. Plus August 19 is still the summer.
