i heard its going to be dark purples and earth tones for clothing with skinny jeans and boots but for nail polish i hear bright yellows and oranges to contrast with the clothes!!What is the BEST color of nail polish to wear in 2009? Or what color is in style?
I read in a magazine that it's going to be a little longer with like a darker shades of red, purple, and brown. It had like a guide for different skin colors and everything. But the objective was to make it darker, natural, earth toned colors.
