Posh, Preppy Nail Style?

I really love the preppy look, I've lead my whole life by it, but I've been wondering, what is the preppy nail look? Solar Nails, Acrilic, or natural? French or red? Squared or rounded. Thanks a million!!!!!Posh, Preppy Nail Style?
The 'look' you get is totally up to you. There are many options available, and its just an individual preference type of thing. BTW, many people are unaware of this fact, but ';Solar Nails'; are acrylic nails. Its usually used to describe Pink %26amp; Whites. But, it is still acrylic and not some new kind of enhancement. P%26amp;W acrylic nails have been around for years now. Also, consider gel nails. They are costlier than acrylic nails, but they are more realistic looking - when done properly by a skilled tech using top quality products. In short, don't go to a discount salon for gel nails because you won't usually get good ones at those places. A company called LCN makes one of the very best gel lines available. It is non-toxic, non-yellowing, is a lot less prone to lifting, is durable yet flexible and thus less prone to breakage. They are great nails! But, you would need to find a technician who uses this product line, AND is quite skilled at applying them. Watch out for people who claim to use this product, and then use unmarked containers! It happens. LCN products are ALWAYS clearly labeled by the manufacturer.


The rule of thumb for gel nails is that they are easy to apply, but they are very difficult to master. And no matter how long a tech has been doing gels for, not all of them have, or ever will 'master' them - not a lot of techs will eventually master them. But, it pays to find someone who has. The results are so worth it.
